What you get
The full application, for seven days
The installer contains the complete AgenticGrid Pro desktop application — not a feature-reduced demonstration build. Install it on the computer you want to evaluate, accept the in-app terms, and the seven-day trial begins at first launch. One trial per computer. No payment card is required to start.
Trial and licence checks run locally, so the application does not need a continuous connection to GridAPM. Provider keys you configure are protected for the current Windows user and are never bundled with the installer.
GridAPM does not publish an unsigned development build. Request the signed release from the contact below; the release response will include the version and SHA-256 checksum so your security team can verify the exact file received.

Before you install
System requirements and prerequisites
- Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit.
- Administrator rights on the target computer to run the installer.
- A workstation inside your own perimeter — the application is designed to run locally, not on shared hosted infrastructure.
- Local disk space for the evidence files you intend to import, plus the local application database.
- Optional: your own OpenAI API key, Anthropic API key, or both, if you want to exercise the generative features. The deterministic workbench runs without either.
- Optional: an approved outbound egress path to your chosen AI provider, if generative features are enabled.
- Approved evidence files to import — DGA, PRPD, SFRA, thermal, inspection, maintenance or loading records for the assets in scope.
Trial to licence
Request, evaluate, activate
Five steps, and the only one that involves us is the licence request.

1. Request and install
Request the signed Windows installer, verify the supplied SHA-256 checksum, run it on the computer you want to evaluate, and accept the in-app terms.

2. Try for seven consecutive days
The trial begins on first launch and lasts seven consecutive calendar days. Trial and licence checks run locally; no continuous connection to GridAPM is required.

3. Configure providers if you want the AI features
Enter your own OpenAI and/or Anthropic API key in the application to exercise the agent drafting and semantic retrieval. Provider usage may incur separate charges on your own account. Skip this step to evaluate the deterministic workflow only.

4. Request a key for the computer
After the trial, AgenticGrid Pro displays a Device ID. Email it to sales@gridapm.com to purchase and receive that computer's signed licence key.

5. Activate offline
Enter the signed key in the application. It is validated locally against the Device ID, so activation does not require an outbound call to GridAPM.
Commercial terms
The licence in six lines
- Seven-day evaluation
- The free evaluation lasts seven consecutive calendar days from first launch, one trial per computer, with no payment card required.
- Per-computer entitlement
- A paid entitlement and licence key are required for each physical or virtual Windows computer that runs AgenticGrid Pro.
- Device-specific keys
- Keys are tied to the computer's Device ID and cannot be shared or transferred without GridAPM approval.
- Local checks
- Trial state and licence validity are checked locally, which is what makes the application workable on a workstation with tightly controlled egress.
- AI providers are optional and separately billed
- OpenAI and Anthropic are optional, user-configured providers; their API usage may incur separate provider charges on your own account.
- Keys stay local
- Provider keys saved in the application are protected for the current Windows user and are never bundled with the installer or sent to GridAPM.
