Website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, GridAPM uses Google Analytics to understand page paths, downloads, search topic buckets, CTA clicks, tool-page interactions, form submit or success metadata, and website performance signals. We do not send names, emails, company names, message text, selected public tool values, uploaded files, asset IDs, work-order IDs, or confidential transformer evidence through public analytics.
Attribution and lead qualification
GridAPM may use source page, referrer category, UTM parameters, first and last page path, CTA category, download events, form status events, and submitted business inquiry fields to understand which public content leads to business inquiries and to prioritize relevant follow-up.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to pilot requests, demo inquiries, newsletter signups, business communications, content attribution, and related GridAPM product discussions.
Pilot evidence
Technical transformer evidence for a pilot should be handled under an agreed scope with approved data sources, reviewer owners, and data handling expectations.
Service providers
Website hosting, form processing, email delivery, analytics, search reporting, performance monitoring, or notification tools may process information for GridAPM business operations when configured.
Your choices
You may contact GridAPM to request updates, deletion, or changes to business contact information that you previously submitted.
