The four bands, identical across every GridAPM tool:
- 0–39 Early Foundational pieces are missing. Use the gaps below as a starting agenda.
- 40–64 Partial Some elements are in place, but key gaps would slow a pilot down.
- 65–84 Reviewable Strong enough to bring into a scoping conversation and review together.
- 85–100 Ready Well positioned to scope a pilot now.
The score measures how ready your team is to scope a pilot — never the condition of any asset.
